Standard Company Contracts & Attendances – R12,000.00
We can assist you in the registration of your business at CIPC, as well as provide essential business agreements.
This legal offering includes:
- one online or in person consultation at our practice to consider the structure of your business;
- registration of your business at CIPC;
- custom Shareholders Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement & Employee Agreement
Attendances pertaining to contracts in terms of this professional service will include obtaining of relevant information and instructions from client, a consultation to review documentation and then the furnishing of the final suite of documents for implementation by client.
Solution for E-Commerce Start Ups – R12,000.00
This offering for E-Commerce businesses includes:
- online or in person consultation at our practice to consider the structure of your business;
- registration of your business at CIPC;
- custom Shareholders Agreement, PAIA Manual & Privacy Policy & Website Terms and Conditions
Attendances pertaining to contracts in terms of this professional service will include obtaining of relevant information and instructions from client, a consultation to review documentation and then the furnishing of the final suite of documents for implementation by client.
Monthly retainer R6000.00 for Start-Ups and Small Businesses
This legal offering includes:
- a total of four hours of professional time including consulting, drafting, perusing and reviewing of necessary correspondence and reviewing and drafting of documentation;
- one hour will be deducted from the professional time of four hours for each letter of demand client requires to be sent.
Monthly retainer R10,000.00 for Start-Ups and Small Businesses
This legal offering includes:
- a total of seven hours of professional time including consulting, drafting, perusing and reviewing of necessary correspondence and reviewing and drafting of documentation;
- one hour of time will be deducted from the professional time of seven hours for each letter of demand sent.
POPIA Compliance for Start Ups & Small Businesses (R12,000.00)
This legal offering includes:
- guidance to client in registering information officer;
- presentation on POPIA covering key aspects of the legislation;
- consultation with client in respect of key aspects of the legislation and how it impacts client’s particular business; and
- preparing a compliance framework for client to execute within its business;
- PAIA manual template & Privacy Policy
Additionally, we can assist with the following in respect of POPIA:
- Retention policy and register template – R2000,00;
- Online Staff Awareness Training per session- R2000.00;

Complimentary Online Introductory Consultation For Your Business
Terms Applicable:
- Fees in terms of the fixed rate and retainer options are payable upfront.
- The fixed rate offerings are only available to those business which are yet to be registered or having already begun trading have only done so for a period of two years or less.
- The retainer options are available to small businesses. In determining whether a client is a small business Boogaard Attorneys may in its discretion have reference to the definition of Small Business as defined in the Small Business Act 102 of 1996 and amendments thereto.
- The retainer option is to be in place for a minimum of two calendar months whereafter same can be terminated on one calendar months’ notice by client.
- Attendances pertaining to the drafting of agreements will include obtaining of relevant information and instructions from client, one consultation to review documentation and answer and advise client in respect of any questions they may have and then the furnishing of the final suite of documents.
- To the extent that client’s legal requirements appear or become more complex for instance requiring multiple consultations, extensive research and ongoing correspondence to settle an agreement we will advise client accordingly and reserve the right to charge an hourly rate for further assistance to the client.
- Boogaard Attorneys strives to be a paperless practice and ordinarily does not charge a fee for printing unless the necessary printing in a month exceeds 100 pages.
- The quoted fees do not include disbursements for instance advocate fees, legal courier & sheriff’s fees if applicable, all of which will be the amounts as quoted by those third parties.
