An attorney with more than 10 years post admission experience will assist your business in instituting or defending legal action pertaining to commercial matters. We have also established sound relationships with a number of respected advocates of varying seniority, focused in commercial law.
At Boogaard Attorneys, it is our view that the benefits of litigation versus the cost and time it takes to pursue, must be carefully considered.
We do encourage our clients to consider all reasonable efforts to settle legal proceedings, provided that they will be comfortable with the outcome.
As litigation is complex both from a procedural and substantive point, not to mention the difficulties experience in practice, it is imperative that your attorney and counsel establish a firm cause of action or strong defence or opposition, as the case may be at the outset of the proceedings.
